1) What do I do if the product received not like?

 We're sure you'll like it, if it were not so, there is no problem, contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product and we will give you all the information necessary to proceed with the return, including the reason for your request. 7) To purchase a work of art why should I indicate all these my data? 

To comply with trade regulations of the existing works of art we have an obligation to know your personal details, invoicing, and in order to complete the purchase process. 

The issuance of the invoice and certification of authenticity signed by the artist or, they will be delivered together with the work purchased, are a further guarantee of reliability and origin of the work itself. 

Remember, however, that all data provided by you are protected and treated by, in full respect of the law n. 675/96 on the protection of privacy.
